This policy explains how 3UK Philippines ("we", "us") handles information when you message our Facebook page, 3UK Philippines, including conversations with our automated AI assistant.
1. Information we collect
- Your Facebook name and Messenger ID, provided by Facebook when you message our page.
- The messages you send us, such as your destination, travel dates and questions.
- Your email address, if you give it to us so we can send your eSIM.
- Payment screenshots or receipts you send to confirm payment.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, card numbers, bank passwords or one-time PINs.
2. How we use it
- To answer your questions and recommend eSIM plans.
- To process your order, confirm your payment and deliver your eSIM QR code by Messenger or email.
- To provide customer support, including when our team takes over a conversation.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Services that help us
- Meta (Facebook Messenger) – delivers messages between you and our page.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) – generates our assistant's replies from the messages in your conversation.
- Render – hosts the server that runs our assistant.
- ntfy – sends order and support alerts (your name, the plan, and your email for orders) to our staff's phones.
- eSIMCard – our eSIM supplier, which issues your eSIM.
These providers process information only to provide their service to us.
4. How long we keep it
Our assistant keeps only a short recent conversation history, in temporary memory, which is cleared whenever the server restarts. Your conversation also remains in our Facebook page inbox, and order details (plan, email, payment confirmation) are kept as long as needed for customer support and our business records.
5. Deleting your data
To ask us to delete your information, message our Facebook page (m.me/103294518884622) or email admin@3ukph.com with the words "Delete my data". We will delete the information we hold about you, other than records we must keep by law, within 30 days and confirm once it's done. You can also delete the conversation from your own Messenger at any time.
6. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
